The Canisius Cross Country team ran with determination and courage in their Monsignor Martin Athletic Association regular season finale, dropping a tight battle to St. Joe's, 21-36.

Vincent Misterkiewicz '24 led the Crusaders with a third place finish at a time of 18:53.

Aiden Rivera '27 finished sixth overall with a PR time of 20:06. 

Hector Gitego '25 and Tommy Sheehan '25 were close behind finishing seventh and eighth overall, respectively. 

Scoring was rounded out by Jack Ganci '25 with a time of 20:57.

New PRs were set by Quinn Spurlock '27 with a time of 23:22 and Max Martinek '24 with a time of 25:45.

The Crusaders finished the regular season with a record of 4-3.

The season will conclude with the All-Catholic meet Thursday, Nov. 2 as all seven Monsignor Martin Athletic Association teams will meet at Como Lake Park in Lancaster.
