Supremacy Cup
The Monsignor Martin Athletic Association is an athletic league founded in 1948, comprising Western New York's Catholic high schools and a few private, secular schools. Member schools compete for the Supremacy Cup, awarded to the school with the highest point total based on a point system for regular and postseason team performances in sports sponsored by the league. While records from the early years of the league are currently missing/unavailable, Canisius has maintained scoring records for most of the past quarter-century, which can be viewed here.
Canisius has dominated the Cup standings for the 21st century, winning the Cup after the most recent 2024-2025 athletic year, as well as 22 of the past 24 Supremacy Cups.
