CHS Bowling defeated St. Francis, 2-1, on Senior Night to gain ground as the top seed in the Monsignor Martin Athletic Association.
The Varsity is now up three games and the magic number to clinch is seven wins.
The showdown with St. Francis lived up to all the hype in Game One; there were back-and-forth strikes in 3 and 4 and things were even after five frames. Though the Crusaders lost the first game, they once again showed resilience by winning Games Two and Three by over 170 pins.

JV had a great Senior Day as well:
- Michael Masci '24 ("the president") bowled his first 500 of the season with a 517.
- Cole Skowron '27 had a career day of high game 269 and set of 682.
- Noah Trzaska '26 with a 532 set
Next up, the Crusaders will continue their quest for to repeat as Monsignor Martin Athletic Association regular season champions on Monday, Feb. 5 against Bishop Timon-St. Jude at Abbott Lanes.
