CHS Bowling continued its new year just like they finished off 2024 as it recorded a 3-0 sweep over O'Hara at the varsity level and added 8-0 JV victories versus St. Joe's and St. Francis.

The Crusaders are atop the Monsignor Martin Athletic Association standings at 17-1.

Canisius JV Gold is also in first place with a 23-1 record while JV Blue is right behind in second place with a 21-3 record.

The Crusaders of the Day were:

Varsity:
- Carson Kwiatkowski '27 had a 641 set with a high game of 227.
- Thomas Skowron '25 had a 613 set with a high game of 234.

JV:
It was Kenny Paolini '25 all day. He had a new career-high game of 228 and a 591 set while he also led a 90 pin comeback versus St. Joe's in Game Three.

The Crusaders are back on the lanes at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 8 at Abbott Lanes.
