The Crusaders Soccer team defeated Archbishop Molloy in the New York Catholic State Semifinal, 1-0, to advance to the Championship game. 

Henry Smith '26 scored what ultimately was the game winning goal in the first half. 

Bienvenu Shalamba '28 was credited with the assist. 

On defense, Hayden Cunningham '26 led the team with six steals, with Bonaventure Shalamba, Victory Shalamba '26 and Elliot Manley '27 each having five. 

Octavian Santacrose '26 sealed the shut out victory with 5 saves. 

Next up, the Crusaders will play Chaminade in the New York Catholic State Championship on Tuesday, Nov. 11 at 3 p.m. at St. John's University.
