Canisius Volleyball opened its 2024 campaign on a very high note with a sweep over perennial Section VI power Orchard Park.

The Crusaders beat the visiting Quakers, 25-17, 25-15, 25-19, at Bernard J. Kennedy '49 Field House. 

Dylan Leong '25 led the Crusaders with 14 kills while hitting .571.

Logan Unger '25 led the Crusaders with 26 assists and recorded three aces.

Tristan Kolek '27 recorded seven kills in his first match in blue and gold.

Griffin Zgoda '25 recorded five kills.

Next up, the Crusaders compete in an annual showdown of many of Western New York's best programs at the Clarence Invitational Tournament on Saturday, Sept. 7.
