Hall of Fame
Tony was the outstanding fullback on three Crusader football teams and was tapped for the All-Catholic team. He was never thrown for a loss and rushed over 100 yards in a memorable 14-6 victory over St. Joe's at U.B. Rotary Field. A key member of Coach Cal Gardner's championship wrestling team, he was twice names an All-Catholic wrestler. Tony also was a medalist in the discus throw for Jim Skipper's champion track-and-field team.Â
Now a CPA, Tony operates his own tax service. HE and his wife Maria have three children: sons Anthony (CHS '00) and Brandon (CHS '04) and daugter Brooke (Nardin '04).
