Dennis was an outstanding three sport athlete at Canisius. He was a varsity player in basketball and track, but he is best remembered for his exploits on the gridiron. He was chosen All-Catholic lineman in his junior and senior years, All-Western New York and Catholic All-American in his senior year. Dennis started at inside linebacker at Boston College for two years, but injuries ended his tryout with the Buffalo Bills. Dennis resides in North Andover, MA with his wife Mary. Has two daughters and one son.
