Jay's experience at the West Side Rowing Club while a Canisius student prepared him for a rowing scholarship at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia was victorious in the Canadian Henley Regatta during his first year of rowing coached the CHS crew from 1984 to 1988 and has long supported the Crusaders' rowing program at the the West Side Rowing Club. . .earned a Masters degree in Public Administration at New York University and was Vice President of Meyers Chemicals. . .Jay and Claire, his wife of over 40 years, reside in Buffalo. . .they have two daughters Gretchen and Heidi.
